Calculate needed CALs

Hi all, is there a way to produce a file containing each Role and it's need CAL? We do not use most of the vanilla Roles, so we are looking for a way to estimate our CAL needs according to our custom Roles.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

    I think it's visible in the Security Development Tool. Alternatively you can extract this information by a piece of code. For example:

    SysSecRoleEntryPointsTmp srepTbl;
SysUserLicenseMetadataTmp slsaTmp;
SecurityRole securityRole;

delete_from srepTbl;
delete_from slsaTmp;

SysUserLicenseMiner::BuildLicenseMetadataTable(slsaTmp);
SysUserLicenseMiner::BuildRoleToUserTypeInfo(slsaTmp, srepTbl);

while select maxOf(UserLicType) from srepTbl
    group by srepTbl.RoleRecId   
{
    select securityRole where securityRole.RecId == srepTbl.RoleRecId;
    
    info(strFmt("%1;%2;%3", securityRole.Name,
        securityRole.AotName, srepTbl.UserLicType));
}
