Hello,

I receive a ROI.EXE has stopped working message when I attempt to run any type of report.  I am using 9.01 2015

Over the last couple of days I have received the same message for the AR Module "Input" and AR "Processes".  Both have been corrected, it now seems to be in the Reports

Can anyone help?

Deb

    Deb,

The most common reason for this error is when ROI cannot detect your printer.  This could be because you no longer have a default printer or that SL is connected to a printer that you no longer have (e.g., you changed printers).  First, click on the SL button on the upper left of the menu and go to Printer Setup and see what SL is using for your printer.  If this is not your current printer, click the Setup button and select your current printer and then check the Save as Default option.  Alternatively, you can check the Use Windows Default Printer and check the save as default.  If no printer shows, go to your Windows setup and make sure you have a default printer.
