Hi
I am trying to Create database export to a bacpac file from Business Central Admin Center, but I get a permission error.
I am global admin in Azure and in Business Central I have both the User Permission Set SUPER and D365 BACKUP/RESTORE - so what else could be missing?
Best regards
Thomas Madsen Nielsen
Hello,
As per the yammer thread:
The permission error for database exports was hotfixed last week, please open a new or update your existing support request if you are still getting this error. I am not aware of any additional issue that would explain why not bacpac file would appear
If someone created a support ticket on this, I can verify status and share where we are with this if still required.
Thank you.
Nevermind, bacpac file apeared after 2 hours for a small Cronus database
The database export is now successfully being kicked off again. It creates the container, if it's not there. But no bacpac file appears.
Has anyone solved this?
Thanks to all who joint with input to this tread.
Good to know.
As far as I'm concerned, it was fixed yesterday, I was able to run backups of two different instances.
I think it is now fixed, we were able to backup with no issue
Hi.
Any news on this issue.
We also have a customer that is not able to create database backups after update 20.2
We have raised a support ticket for this. It has been passed on to the 2nd level support. Will keep you posted.
Anyone from an ISV to open a support case?
