OUT OF STOCK FOR TRANSFER OUTS

I think the worst thing about microsoft RMS is that the transfer outs dont care about out of stock quantity. so when the user makes a mistake in the transfer out the item quantity gets negative and it is very bad. Can anybody help on this issue please? The negative amount control is only for sales nothing else.

    The Available Qty  is on the Transfer Out Add-Item screen and on the main screen.  Why is this an issue?

    Next option is the pick the items from the shelf and scan them out to create the Trans Out.
