Hi,
by default all Tasks on a Case are summed up to the Billable Time when resolving a case.
We would like that Support Clerks still track time on Tasks, but some tasks should not be billed to the Customer.
There is actually a column "isBilled" : Yes/No on the Task entity, but I cannot put that field onto the Task forms?!
Any Ideas why?
I was able to add it to the Task Forms using the FormXML editor and adding the field using XML.
Also, the functionality is the different way around: isBilled = False means that it will be deducted from the Entitlement, isBilled = True means it will not be deducted.
God damn it Microsoft.
Take a look at new Task Management solution for Dynamics 365! It integrates with Toggl Track time tracking solution allowing you to start tracking time right from the 'My Tasks' dashboards.
In Toggl you can specify if the task is billable or no, and time entries are created in Dynamics 365 and set regarding a specific record (Case/Project). No need to enter or change task name in Toggl separately, just use 'Start Tracking' button next to the ask in CRM.
Get the Task Management from AppSource:

Also, Skyline has separate FREE Time Tracking solution for Dynamics 365 integrated with Toggl
