Good morning to you all,

I have been part of the project to set Microsoft Dynamics CRM in the company I work for. And I face difficulties to install the Outlook Client.

The Outlook version is the 2013 32bits. The CRM is online and in English. I then download the 2013 English client:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download/details.aspx?id=40344

After the installation, I work the synchronization with sucess. Eventually going into the CRM menu in Outlook, I found this below message:

"You are running a version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Outlook that is incompatile with Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization (7.0.1.121). To download a compatible version see, Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013".

Clicking on the link goes to the 2011 version...

I am a bit sceptical.

Thanks for your help.

Maxime.

    Hi Maxime,

I think you installed Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 Organization...bcoz the Version as indicate as 7.0.1.121.

You need to download MS Dynamics CRM 2015 Outlook client and try it.

I would confirm that you are using CRM 2013 or CRM 2015.  Since v7.0x is for CRM 2015.  The CRM Outlook Client for CRM 2015:

    Hi,

You have to uninstall the client from your system and clear browser cache. Then try to login in your crm online. CRM will prompt you to download and install outlook client. Simply click on that link. It will help you to install correct version.
