hi Miguel,
some my opinions about new technical environment:
> Graphics is minimal, clear and faster then R1
> Multi-tenant architecture is a first way to manage (in future) a complex layered system (like others competitors); good & functional Azure integration now.
> Report builder has limited functionalities, Visual Studio is necessary for complex reports
