Random missing party number in Accounting source explorer

In Accounting source explorer, we found sometimes the party number/name, document number, document description are missing, we can't find any pattern, when checking original document, they're all there.

below is an example. if you need more information, please let me know. thanks!

    Hi Helen,

    You can check LCS Issue search to find known issues. One issue that got reported in the past was about having the register and approval being posted in different ledger periods. After you checked LCS issue search, you can contact Microsoft Support as it might be a bug.

    Hi Andre,

    Thank you very much for your answer, it's very helpful, I now can replicate this bug. It happens when register and approval are not posted in same period and also it only happens with local currency supplier, not foreign currency supplier.

    Hi Helen,

    The KB article on LCS issue search mentions that it will not be fixed. I would recommend to log an incident for Microsoft anyway to let them know there is a demand to get it fixed.
