Hi,
Is it possible with Dynamics 365 to send email with a user using a generic email adress and use that generic email to forward the answered email to sender.
What I know :
- I already use Queue + Office 365 Shared mailbox => Works great
What i really need is :
- I am a D365 user : James Dupont
- James Dupont send an email to a customer
- The customer receive the email with my generic email adress => adatum@adatum.com
- The customer answers the email
- James Dupont receive the email as a "normal" incoming email and can see it in outlook and crm as a tracked email.
I think it's a bit tricky but is it utopic ?
