Hi, I am using Dynamic GP web services to update sales order but getting error mention below,

The SalespersonKey is set to inactive in the Salesperson Master.

How to activate salespersonkey using webservices.

    Ajay, You can follow the steps as suggested by babu.  I prefer you to make changes using GP application.  It is not a recommended practice to directly update the tables unless you are sure of it.

    You can not activate the salesperson through webservice.

    Better you can manually activate the salesperson in GP as per Mr.Babu suggestion or use the UPDATE query for table salesperson master table RM00301 to activate the same inside your webservice project.

    Hi Ajay,

    Go to

    Sales >> Cards >> Salesperson

    and check whether the inactive box is ticked if so untick it.
