Hello!
I'm looking for some guidance on an issue I have in my system. When a user tries to merge account records, it shows the address of the account twice. This ends up being very confusing for users, as they don't know what to select. I'm not sure how to clean this up. I have had other address fields in the past, but they are deactivated, and not searchable, so per my reading they shouldn't be showing up on the merge records window.
Any ideas?
