Field Service PM issue

Have a scenario that I am looking for the best ( if there is more than one) method to deploy the PM Maintenance process.  There are multiple pieces of equipment that are similar in the required parts and labor but some differ on one or two part replacements.

Do I need to define a PM event for each unique configuration of parts and labor and then attaché that event to a unique schedule or is there a more efficient method.

Example:  Equipment 1, 2, and 3 are on 30 day PM maintenance plan.  1 and 2 require parts A and B with 1 hour labor.  Item 3 requires parts 2 and 3 with 1 hour labor.  Do I need to set up a PM event "A" that includes Parts 1 and 2 and Labor and assign to a PM30 schedule A and then setup PM Event "B" that includes items 2 and 3 with Labor and assign to PM30 schedule B?

Thanks,

Dave
