    Hi,

Try to Import the data using Excel or Copy & Paste the values into NAV. This should work.

    Hey  JURAIJVK ,

There might be some Issue with the Identifiers as it could be converting to some other characters. Try copy pasting the exact Data into NAV description and then take the Print out. It may help.

    Thanks

It appears to be in the same way from where I copied.

If what I did is correct in Arabic then I guess you should too go ahed with the same approach. Just google your word in Arabic or write it down manually if you have some Interface and then copy paste it to NAV and take the Print.

Are you able to capture the data in NAVISION via Excel Upload or Copy Paste option?

Once you are able to capture the data in Navision, you need small customizations in POS PRINT UTILITY in LS Retail to print the Arabic description in POS Receipt (if you are using OPOS driver). In this case, your OPOS printer should support Arabic printing. Check with Vendor for the details.

If your printer is not supporting Arabic printing, you need to use Windows Printing and need to develop complete receipt report. This would not be recommended at all due to complex receipt printing logic. Better you arrange for the compatible printer drivers or device.

Are you able to capture the arabic data in your database?

You need to add the code in POS print utility codeunit. Search Print Item Description field and understand the printing of English description. Accordingly, you need to add Arabic description code below that.
