
I am getting the below error when I try to open the Microsoft CRM portal .
I have also tried going through this link that they mentioned but since we don't have access to Azure account for this CRM portal. I am not sure where else to look for this.

This error says the webapp on which your portal is hosted has got stopped due to either issue at Azure server or in your portal instance.
There could be one more root cause of this issue is threshold limit. By default in Azure the threshold limit of any issue occurrence is 5 in 5 mins (not sure about the exact time though). So in your portal, if more than 5 error occurs within the defined time interval, Azure automatically gets stopped that webapp.
So please contact Microsoft Support for more information and resolve this issue. As we are online so can't play with Azure settings and configirations.
