Is it correct that Business Analyzer does not work really well with SRS reports that have input parameters? If yes how to make it work.
Is there an online resource that helps how to make best use of Business Analyzer?

Have you deployed srs reports using Dynamics GP yet? If no, you'll need to do that first. If yes, copy your srs report somewhere appropriate within the reports hierarchy. Business Analyzer will automatically see it and allow it to be selected and viewed.

11.0 is the version that we have on GP 2010R2. OS is 2008 server with 2008 R2 SQL boxes.
Do the SRS report need to be always copied into the default folders Business Analyzer creates on Report manager website whose title matches database names?

What version of the Business Analyzer are you using and on what OS?
SRS reports with parameters can work in the Business Analyzer, but they must have default values for their parameters. The Business Analyzer currently only allows date and company parameters to be set from within the application.
