Scanner not working while posting picking list journal

While posting "picking list journal" in AX the attached RFSmart scanner is getting hanged. RFSmart scanner is working properly at other times but daily at around 5 pm it stops working. I could see lot of warnings in Event viewer:

I have pasted the warning below, could any one help how to solve this issue:

Microsoft Dynamics AX Business Connector Session 5971.

An X++ exception has occurred.
Consume item into production Posting - Picking list journal Journal: PJN4004047 Journal PJN4004047 does not exist.
Consume item into production Posting - Picking list journal Journal: PJN4004047 Update has been canceled because of an error.

Microsoft Dynamics AX Business Connector Session 4932.

An X++ exception has occurred.
Cannot execute the required database operation.
Deadlock, where one or more users have simultaneously locked the whole table or part of it.

Microsoft Dynamics AX Business Connector Session 1073.

An X++ exception has occurred.
       Production - Report as finished   Production: WO000759       Calculating BOM consumption   Item 52300015   Reservation   Site=8402810,Warehouse=1920,Location=TU-Pack   8.18 cannot be reserved because only 2.19 are available in the inventory.
       Production - Report as finished   Production: WO000759       Calculating BOM consumption   Item 52300015   Update has been canceled.

Microsoft Dynamics AX Business Connector Session 906.

An X++ exception has occurred.
Loading location does not match the one of transfer order (DD03).
Creating Transfer Order failed!
