Thanks for that but it isn't clear to me that this relates to the Outlook client for 2011 being compatible with Windows 10 after applying the rollup. Does the rollup fix this problem?
Hello Itadmin,
Thank you for your response,
I understand that you would like to use the CRM 2011 Outlook add in on a Windows 10 machine.
Wanted to know if you have tried the same earlier.
If yes then I would like to know the error messages you received or the issues that you ran into
Did you face issues during installation of the Outlook add in?
Did you face issues during the synchronization ?
What was the version of the CRM server and the Outlook client add in when you tried to use the CRM client on Windows 10?
If the CRM server and the Outlook client was at an update roll up prior to UR17 then I would request you to try bringing the CRM server and the CRM add in to UR 17 and then try the configuration process.
The CRM client for Outlook has been tested and is compatible with Windows 10 only post the application of the UR 17.
If you have already applied UR 17 and still facing issues Please help me out with the error message so that I can look into it.
Please mark my answer as verified if you find it helpful.

Thanks...We have yet to migrate to Windows 10. I was waiting to make sure the Outlook client would work. We will migrate over the next few months and I'll pass on your advice to our system support team.
Thanks for your assistance.
