One of my friend has Microsoft Dynamics on Office 365. He has some issues and is asking me for some help. Since it is on Office 365, there is no test environment to play around MS Dynamics. How could we have a test environment of MS Dyanmics and copy over the production copy to it? Any help on this would be of great help.

Are you referring to Dynamics 365/Business Central?
If so, that isn't really Dynamics GP and you'll want to ask this in the Dynamics 365 forums to see if there is a test version or trial version you can get to test in this manner, as they would be able to provide that type of information more than we can here on the GP forums.
There may be someone on this forum that also has Dynamics 365 along with Dynamics GP, but Dynamics 365 is not Dynamics GP, it's actually more Dynamics NAV.
Let us know if this isn't what you're referring to.
