We currenlty have a multicompany set up in Microsoft SL with all employees employees of company 10 and paid out of company 10. An employee was accidentally entered as an employee of company41. when we try to calculate Payroll in company 10, this employee does not show up.

I assume that you entered the employee in the wrong company and also entered a timecard for that employee in company 41. Now you want to delete the timecard. If the timecard is released you cannot delete it. You could run through the calculation process for that employee, print a check and then void it. That would clear everything out in company 41. Then set the employee to Inactive and create another employee in company 10.
