Year End Payroll data moved to history - reports to view?

I am working on a procedure to remove old data from GP but I am unclear about the action of Payroll Remove Year-End Information. It reads that it is not a remove but a move function. It moves data from the Year End Wage file to history so that you can no longer go to the Year-End Wage Report under Routines and reprint W-2's or 1099's. My question is, where would you then view this archived history - what reports? Under Reports>History it shows you data that is more current then what you would have moved to history. Does anyone know if there are any drawbacks other then not being able to reprint W-2's and 1099's from running this utility?
