Where I can find the Screen Pop Settings in Dynamics 365

Hi all,

In case of Salesforce we have Softphone Layout and screen pop settings to control the behavior of search and screen pop the records on incoming interaction for example call. Does dynamics 365 have any screen pop settings If yes where I can find and configure it?

    I am not using Unified Service Desk. My Softphone is running in Dynamics 365 IFrame using CIF 1.0 and CIF 2.0. Does there is any built-in support to configure the Screen pop?

    But usually,

    modifying tables and views can be done in the advanced settings (Advance setting -> Customization -> Customize the System),

    and some behavior can be controlled through workflows.
