D365 Customer Insights Journeys Real Time

I am using Customer Insights Journeys - Real Time

I want to create a report using Power BI . I want the report to show a list of the different Marketing emails which have been sent for the week, ideally the report columns should be the email subject followed by the aggregated recipient interactions for each email such as unsubscribes, click rates, opens and so on.

The problem I am having is that I do not know which table contains the email interactions. I have done some digging online and it states that the correct table which holds marketing email interactions is "msdyncrm_marketingemailinteractions" however when I look at the Dataverse tables through Power Platform I do not see this table. I do see the msdyn_email table, however that holds the email metadata which is not what I require.

Does anybody know the correct table to use?

Microsoft's Real-Time Journeys (RTM) use different interaction tracking architecture than the Outbound Marketing module. Many RTM interaction events are stored in custom analytics tables or are available only via Data Export / Azure Synapse Link. The msdyncrm_marketingemailinteraction table is primarily used for Outbound Marketing, not RTM.

    Thanks, Ramesh

    Hi  CU28011917-0,

interaction data is not really stored in the dataverse. What you are looking for is probably in this article but you need MS Fabric or Power BI Premium for that. I believe that it should also be possible to export interaction data to other databases, but couldn't find the info. It is supposed to be coming with the new release waves. You might also want to look for that.
