Troubleshoot with Xbitz Autonumber and Dynamics CRM 2016

We are currently having an issue with Xbit auto number in 2016, we restored a CRM database to production and the XBIT auto number fails with the following error:

Unexpected exception from plug-in (Execute): Xbitz.Crm.AdvancedCRMAutoNumber.GenerateAutoNumber: System.ServiceModel.CommunicationObjectFaultedException: The communication object, System.ServiceModel.Channels.ServiceChannel, cannot be used for communication because it is in the Faulted state.
