Hi,
If I have all the list of items to be added in an Excel file, is there's a way to add these items at once instead of adding them one-by-one?

Not out of the box. check with your partner or in customersource on downloading the store operations import tool, which does allow you to import items from a flat file or a CSV. If this will be an ongoing need, and you have a few hundred dollars to spend, look into third party tools such as the retail realm import utility (there are others as well) that will make the process much simpler.
How about SQL Import/Export Wizard? Can i use that?

The SQL Import/Export wizard is not recommended.
You can find the RMS Store Import utility here:

Please note that it does not work with Headquarters. However, Retail Realm does have an utility that will allow you to import into Headquarters that you can look into.
