Any one else getting this error when trying to download service packs?
Microsoft support so far has been useless
Hi David,
There have been issues in recent past weeks about the Customer Source (or Partner Source) site and Microsoft was working on it.. I left for traveling about 10 days ago and the access was restored at this point.. but it looks like it's broken again..
Which file are you trying to download ?
There was an issue with File Exchange when downloading files from PartnerSource and CustomerSource which were resolved over the weekend. It should be working now.
If you ever have issues downloading files, and you've verified the 'fixes' mentioned in this link, mbs.microsoft.com/.../fileexchangeissue, don't resolve it, open a support case and that way we can get you the files you need via a FTP site on the support case. If no technical support is provided along with the file(s), you won't be charged/decremented for the support case.
Thanks
