Hello Experts

I have created a group by view to list the records so that it should be easy to find duplicates based on email field on my lead entity

The problem is, if i select the group by it will not show record count and if i select the record as read only grid to view my record count, it will not show group by

Kindly guide

Best Regards,

Sumaira Noor

    Hello,

It looks like a statement. What's your question?

    Thanks for the response Andrew

I have added an editable grid control to group by for my leads

It works well, but it doesn't display the total record count

    L1.png

Record count is missing in the footer

    L2.png

Whereas, if i select as read only grid,

I can see the record count, but not the group by control like below

    pastedimage1585627385412v1.png

    Group by isn't displayed below

    L4.png

But record count is displayed below

    L5.png

The customer wants both the record count and group by to be displayed at once

We are using this to group the data, so that we can find duplicate emails

    Kindly guide,

    Best Regards,

    Sumaira Noor

    Hi Sumaira,

Unfortunately, there is no OOTB way to achieve it.

To find the duplicate emails, we could run bulk system jobs to detect duplicate records.

    Please refer to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/run-bulk-system-jobs-detect-duplicate-records
