Rich Text field in Form Header not displaying correctly

Hello! When I put a Rich Text field in the Header of a form, it is not parsing the HTML correctly, and is displaying it as plain text:

How can I get this field to display HTML correctly? We want to have important alerts displayed there with colorful text.
