Merging of Cases, give error

Merging multiple cases into one, gives error. I give all the privileges of merging.

    Hi,

    Yeah, its working for System Admin but I have copy of Field service Admin Security role. It is not working for that. I give all the privileges, Which prerequisite for it. No luck, tell yet.

    Hi Yaqoob Ahmad,

    some similarities exist in the thread: CRM 4.0: errorcodes and Troubleshooting – Expiscornovus. This is the privilege level issue as per my very little knowledge. If you are on the latest version you can also use the Check access button to find the levels of the case record and its associated records.

    I'm having the same problem. Has anyone been able to solve it?
    When trying to merge 2 cases. Both created by the same user
    Without related Activities.
    The user has full access to cases and activities. Has merge privileges
