Yeah, its working for System Admin but I have copy of Field service Admin Security role. It is not working for that. I give all the privileges, Which prerequisite for it. No luck, tell yet.
some similarities exist in the thread: CRM 4.0: errorcodes and Troubleshooting – Expiscornovus. This is the privilege level issue as per my very little knowledge. If you are on the latest version you can also use the Check access button to find the levels of the case record and its associated records.
