I'm following the instructions here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/marketing/email-a-b-testing#prepare-to-execute-your-test-from-a-customer-journey
But the option is stuck on disabled for me and won't let me switch to enable. I've created the AB test in the email builder with two different subject lines and saved it and made it live. But it's still not working
Nothing in the above article explains why I'm getting the error.
How do I fix this please?
Thank you
Hi,
Maybe you can open one ticket for Microsoft Support for further help:
Hi,
I've made the journey draft but it still doesn't work (my screen also doesn't look like yours?)
Dynamics has a hell of a lot of gaps that need fixing. Every time I want to change something it doesn't let me. Not very practical from a marketing perspective.
Hello,
It seems your journey is already published which is the reason you can not edit the A/B testing.
Bring the journey to draft and then add A/B Testing.
Do let me know if you still face difficulty.

Hi CallumSF,
If you the journey is live, you can't change email or emails's properties, which is by-design.
If so, you need click 'Edit' button, then you can change the email.
But the A/B testing option must be set when the journey is draft status.
That doesn't work either. It won't even let me change an email once the journey is live.
I've just tried to edit a live journey but it won't let me change the email.
Hi CallumSF,
Maybe you need select other emails that has created A/B test to check them in the customer journey.
Only the one or all emails meet the same error?
