Hello all, I get the working on it message when I try to access a purchase order page. This message however never clears and I have to restart my browser for it to clear. Please advise

    You could try to clear the cookies in your browser.

    If that does not help you should check if you have any customization installed that might cause this.

    Hello Inge. Yes, there are customizations which added fields to the Purchase Header table and as such to the Purchase Order Page. Could this be one of the causes?

    Hello Verma. When we look through the page, there are additional fields which were added to the Purchase Header table and the Purchase Order Page. Could they be a source of concern?

    Yes, its possible or some coding on those fields, do one thing if you have backup of the of the same extension or app, please uninstall that extension by going through the Extension management, and then check again, if issue persist.

    Create a sandbox by coping the production. Uninstall that extension in the sandbox and see if you still have the same problem. If you don't have any issue, contact your developer and ask them to fix the extension.

    Hi, In BC20, you can try to use the In-client performance function to investigate the background program. If it's not a browser or cache issue, then it must be the customization.
