Monitoring CRM with SCOM (System Center Operations Manager)

I'm planning to use SCOM 2012 R2 to monitor a Dynamics CRM 2015 environment.  In my test environment I've set everything up, and installed the CRM 2016 Management Pack (which works with CRM 2015).

The monitoring works fine, and alerts if key CRM services are failing.

I wondered if anyone had added additional alerts to their installations?  i.e. monitoring failed workflows?
