GP 2010 R2 Management Reporter Crashes

Hello all:

I discovered today that when a user changed their password in GP 2010 R2, Management Reporter would launch, then crash. No Error message except a generic pop-up window that reads:

Management Reporter for Microsoft Dynamics ERP has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available.

So much for helpful!

Anyway, I changed the user's password back to the old password from yesterday, then MR would launch. Any ideas on how to address this issue?
