Hi Experts,
I am facing a strange issue in OnPrimse Version of Dynamics CRM 365 version 8.2.2. It is working in one environment and not working in another environment.
I have created a security role after coping in Builtin Role "Sales Manager" and assigned this role to a dashboard. When a user login with this security role. He is not able to see Dashboard window. Whereas If I gave that user "Sys admin" then he is able to see the dashboard.
I have gave that user all organization level permissions for all entities, Miscellaneous etc. But its not working. Whereas It is working in development environment with same role. is it related with some config or installation issue.
Please let me know if someone knows how to debug it ?
