Hotfix #39 mentions something about Vouchers on a Workorder Error 91. Workorders and layaways are handled very similar in RMS.
Did you have a Voucher (gift card) on that layway sale?
I am wondering if the bug came back in a slightly different form.
I had to roll back the hotfix in order to allow the customer to override deposits. Re-install of the software did not resolve the issue.
We have not tried a repair install, (this has worked in the past) but I'm guessing it will need to be addressed in a future hotfix.
Im getting this Runtime error 91 every ware any resolution ?
