Adding file on timeline doesn't change the status of the field associated to it

Hi there,

We have a custom plugin code which runs while uploading the file on the timeline. When the upload is successful the status of the associated field is changed accordingly.

This flow was proper in legacy web client, however in UCI the status of the associated field doesn't change after uploading the file.

Any help is appreciated.
