Microsoft Dynamics GP (Archived)

FRx report launcher error 3021 either bof or eof is true, or the current record has been deleted. Requested operation requires current record.

This is a Citrix install and one user gets this error in report launcher and other do not. Does anyone know what would cause one user to have the issue and not others?

    Microsoft suggest this may be an issue with shared data sources.  Please view the following link and see if this helps correct your issue. This issue worked for us when we utilized Terminal Services but that was back on Windows 2003 R2.
