I already did check these resources and did an installation myself, I was thinking of something more advanced, like examples/samples of solutions I could work on and test my knowledge?

I'm in the same position as you and I just search for content on certain areas of the product that I want to learn (I'm currently working through Flows) I'm amazed out what free resource is out there. Another way for me to improve my knowledge is to pick up issues or customisation help on here and work through it myself. I find that helps me immensely. Here are just a few websites that I use and follow on Twitter for new content.
