We just upgrade our operating system from Wndows 7 to Win 10. Upon opening the Microsoft Dynamics AX client has stopped working.

Can you specify whether the AX client stopped working for a single user only or for all?
Is the AOS still running?
Are all of your environments affected (live, test, dev, etc.)

Thank you for your prompt reply. All the user with domain account are currently not working when they open the AX client. But when they try to use RDP AX Client the AX is opening. What do you mean AOS? Sorry Im only Desktop Engineer in charge only installing the AX client in all PC.
