Hi Experts,

Hope you all are doing well.

I am working on an AppSource-based project with runtime version 8.0 and the target is set to the cloud in the app.json file. I am trying to create a record type variable of table Isolated Storage, but I am getting the following error:

I was planning to store sensitive information in this table like keys, passwords, and other sensitive information related to employees. Can anyone please tell me if there is any way to use Isolated Storage table in AppSource-based projects? If not, then how can I achieve this functionality for cloud development/AppSource?

Seconded. I was surprised as well when I tried to use it. There's no mention all in Microsoft Docs stated that these functionalities are limited only to to On Premise.

Does anyone know what is the replacement of it for extension based development?
