    Hello dhananjay,

Can you explain what you uploaded exactly, where and how?

Can you also share screenprints how things looked before and how they look now?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

Have you recorded the new costs in a new costing version and have you activated the new burden % values?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Ludwig,

Cost is not new but the version is new as the year is changed. So the costing version is new and activate the cost with new version. The problem is that in the new version not able to view the break up of indirect cost . However the cost is correct but the break up is not able to view.

    Hello Ludwig

Regarding the activation of Indirect cost if you are talking about the following form:-

Costing version --> Activation --> then on the form there are various fields. while doing activation put check mark on all the fields.

If this understanding is correct the yes activate indirect cost. If this is not correct then let me know the correct path will check it.

    Hi dhananjay,

    A shortcut is the following:

Open the costing sheet, navigate to the indirect cost node and then try to identify the active costing version % on the lower right hand side of the form.

Do you see an active % value there?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Ludwig,

Yes Have active indirect % with Status = Current Active and From date both the fields have correct data. The last year cost have status = Previous Active.

    I think this is good.
