I have lots of experience in Hubspot. I have been trying to create even a semblance of what I had done in Hubspot for other clients with a client that uses Dynamics Marketing.
Does anyone else find that without a layer of professional services and/or dedicated internal IT support that Dynamics Marketing is an incredibly difficult piece of marketing automation software to use? Everything that seemed so easy in Hubspot is SO much more difficult and non-intuitive in Dynamics. And the documentation is written for IT people, not end users.
Or is it just me?j
