Voucher posting missing during product receipt (PO)

Hello Team,

I would like to ask your help on where to check other setup related to PO product receipt.

my goal is to have a ledger posting whenever i post PO product receipt.

currently, Post financial and Post physical inventory is marked.

also, the ledger is properly setup.

    Check P&S parameters, I think there is additional setting.

    Could you please check the subledger journal entries not yet transferred in general ledger to see if the voucher is there?

    Hello Manabat,

    In the AP parameters there is a parameter 'post packing slip in ledger'.

    Please ensure that this parameter is active.

    Hi Manabat,

    In addition; kindly check in below areas.

    1) "Post product receipts in ledger" check box should be enabled in AP parameters form.

    2) Not quite sure if there is any "Post product receipts in ledger" check box available in Inventory management parameters form in AX2012. If it is there, then you have to set it enabled too.

    3) Also, "Product receipt", "Purchase expenditure, un-invoiced" and "Purchase, accrual" posting types need to be mapped with appropriate main accounts for item or item group or even with procurement categories if maintained in ERP.
