Hello,

I want to use a customer journey to send appointment reminder

My segment shows the right members.

Now i want to add the appointment fields in the marketing mail.

If i use the pastedimage1643991527754v1.png option, i can not select the appointment fields (like date and time)

Has anyone a solution for this?

My contact is the required contact pastedimage1643991665643v2.png in the appointment

Best Marco

    Hi Marco,

Have you add the data in Appointment entity in Dataset configuration?

    Hi Nya,

    The following steps ive taken

Ive add the Appointment entity in the Dataset configuration and ive published it.

The Appointment data is available when i create a segment.

Ive created a segment based on the start date of the appointment and the members in the segment are correct.

Now i create a marketing email.

In this email i want to add the subject of the appointment, de start date and time of the appointment.

    These are dynamic field.

Can you help me with this?

    Best Marco

One contact can have many appointments (i.e., it is one to many relationship) and we currently dont have a way to specify how to select a specific one for including its details in email. You can use LIST (available in the Personalization tab under Advance personalization) to access these appointments and include their details in the email (i.e., it will list all appointments associated with the contact).

    Hi Marco,

Dont know if you already found a solution, but i felt like sharing it to you. I built personalisation to show orderinfo in an transactional e-mail to show the order details like, orderno, date etc. Maybe this still helps you:

    "De monteur zal op {{#each contact.msdyn_workorder_contact_customer}} {{#if (eq this.statuscode 000000000)}}{{this.prom_workorderscheduledatevalue}}{{/if}}{{/each}} bij u zijn op het volgende adres: {{#each contact.msdyn_workorder_contact_customer}}{{#if (eq this.statuscode000000000)}}{{contact.address2_line1}} {{contact.address2_line2}}, {{contact.address1_postalcode}} {{contact.address2_city}}{{/if}}{{/each}}."

    Grt.
