Software installed:
-MS Outlook 2010
-Enterprise Vault V10 Outlook Add In
-CRM Dynamics 2011 Outlook Client
1. Open Outlook, navigate to CRM Dynamics
2. Navigate from CRM Dynamics Outlook Client to Enterprise Vault Ribbon
3. The following error is displayed

4. User clicks continue but can no longer retrieve items from Enterprise Vault.
Outlook eventually crashes & user forced to disable the EV add-in in order to enable use of CRM dynamics
Any idea?
