Javascript in RT Preference Cetner

Hi community,

i am trying to add a javascript in the html of the realtime preference center. For the /normal/ marketing real-time forms it works fine. But for the preference center it is not working.

I added my script in the header of the form. In the developer console of the page i can see that the script is not there. There is already a different default script that i can see on the page but not in the html of the form.

Does anyone know how to add a custom script to that form?

Hi,

I encountered the same situation as you in my testing.

The script is visible in the form designer but is automatically deleted in the browser.

No matter where it is placed it cannot be seen in the browser.

Changes to the form HTML elements are valid.

Therefore, this may be due to the product design.
