Error while deleting a record in dynamics 365

I get this error when I attempt to delete a lead account opportunity or contact.

Error

String or binary data would be truncated in table '{0}', column '{1}'. Truncated value: {2}.

I also noticed that while I can delete accounts and contacts if I create them directly, I can't delete a lead, account, contact, or opportunity if they were created through the process of qualifying a lead and generating a new opportunity.
