Z, ZZ Report Error

I am getting this error every time I run Z or ZZ report:

Please help me solve this problem. Note that once I hit "OK" to this error, it gives the message that the Offline Database synchronize successfully and it seems like POS returns back to normal. MS RMS 2.0. with CU5 installed on Windows 8.1 Pro.

    what version of sql server or you using?  Seems like maybe a adhoc query is being blocked by the database or failing due to windows / sql server version.

    Ed,

    Thanks for the hint. Yes it clocking Ad Hoc Queries which could be activated using sp_configure as it is mentioned in the Error Log. Even though you could run a query from server, one could also configure directly from SQL server surface configuration. You should be running everything as an Admin.

    sp_configure 'show advanced options', 1;

    RECONFIGURE;

    sp_configure 'Ad Hoc Distributed Queries', 1;

    RECONFIGURE;
