Outlook Addin missing- Office 2013 64 bit

Hello Team,

I am able to get the addin tab( Dynamics) for office 2010 but when I try to do same for Office 2013 64 bit, Excel tab shows addin for Dynamics but not for outlook. Any fix I need to get it installed or I am missing something in office 2013.

Any suggestion.

Hi,

If the AddIn is missing in Outlook, you may check in the File -> Options - > Add - Ins and check whether they are present in the "Active Application Add-ins".

If it's not available in the list, you may try re-installing NAV.

Yes, I did but no success.....its working fine with Outlook 2010 but with Outlook 2013 doesn't show any addin....Is Outlook synchronisation working with Outlook 2013 64 bit?.

I am using Outlook 2013 32 bit and it's working. it shows that only 32 bit is supported. Please check the below link:

hmmm....thanks for the info....so its seems 64- bit office will not work with NAV outlook synchronization.
