Qualify lead Issue

hello,

When I qualify lead, "Access Is Denied"error is being thrown, could anyone can help me?

    Hi Zucko,

    how you can see below, the error refers to ObjectTypeCode 1 (account). So your user miss Create Privilege over Account entity:

    Hi,

    you should ask your admin to give the right to create Accounts and Contacts.

    Hi,

    It looks like there is missing a right for your user to Create the Account record when you try to Qualify the Lead.

    You can try verifiying the User Role and Access Rights.
