Item unit of measure page doesn't show 6 decimals

Posted on by 7

Hi all,

I've uploaded data with the configuration package into the "item unit of measure" table, using 6 decimals.

In the dynamics calculations it works fine (with the 6 decimals):

Qty.per Unit of Measure doesn't display the 6 decimals

But the Item unit of measure only shows up to 5 decimals.

Why can't that page show 6 decimals?

Hi, Inge is right, this is defined in the table and cannot be modified.

    DecimalPlaces Property: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/business-central/dev-itpro/developer/properties/devenv-decimalplaces-property

    Hope this helps.

By default the pages in Business Central is designed to show max. 5 decimals.

You have to customize the pages where you want to show more than 5 decimals.
